The great FEAR OF THE LORD

Proverbs 8:13

The fear of the Lord = TO HATE EVIL! pride and arrogancy and the evil way and the froward mouth, do I hate!

The fear of the Lord PROLONGS days but the years of the wicked shall be shortened! Prov 10:27

Submitting yourselves one to another IN the fear of God! Eph 5:21

Let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness IN the fear of God! 2 Cor 7:1

‎‭The Lord is exalted! For He dwells on high! He had filled Zion with judgment & righteousness! Wisdom & knowledge shall be the stability of thy times and strength of salvation! The fear of the Lord is: HIS TREASURE! Isa 33:5-6

‎‭IN the fear of the Lord is strong confidence and His children shall have a place of refuge! ‎‭The fear of the Lord is a fountain of life, to depart from the snares of death! Prov 14:26-27

‎‭Better is little WITH the fear of the Lord than great treasure and trouble with it!

Prov 15:16

‎By humility AND the fear of the Lord are: riches, and honor and life! Prov 22:4

‎‭Let not thy heart envy sinners, but be thou in the fear of the Lord, ALL the day long!

Prov 23:17

‎‭The fear of the Lord is the instruction of wisdom! Before honor is humility! Prov 15:33

Proverbs 9:8-11

“Reprove not a scorner, lest he hate you. Rebuke a wise man and he will love you! Give instruction to a wise man and he will be yet wiser, teach a just man and he will increase in learning!

The fear of the Lord IS: the beginning of WISDOM and the knowledge of the holy is understanding! ‭For by Me your days shall be multiplied and the years of your life shall be increased!

‎‭By mercy & lovingkindness & truth wickedness is cleansed from the heart and BY: the fear of the Lord one AVOIDS /run for evil! Prov 16:6

‎The fear of the Lord tends TO life! He that hath it shall abide satisfied! He shall NOT be visited with evil! Prov 19:23

The ear that hears the reprooft of life abides among the wise! He that refuses instruction despises his own soul! But he that hears (receive/love) reproof gets understanding! The fear of the Lord IS the instruction of wisdom and before honour is HUMILITY! Proverbs 15:31-33

Prov14:26-27

IN the fear of the Lord is strong confidence and His children shall have a place of refuge!

The fear of the Lord IS a fountain of life to: depart from the snares of death!

Proverbs 15:16-17

“‭Better is little WITH the fear of the Lord than great treasure and trouble therewith! ‭Better is a dinner of herbs where love is than a stalled ox and hate therewith!

Prov16:6b

By/through the fear of the Lord men DEPART from evil!

‎‭The fear of the Lord is clean, enduring for ever! The judgments of the Lord are true and righteous altogether. Ps 19:9

Come, you children, hear unto me:

I will teach you the fear of the Lord! What man is he that desires Life and loves many days, that he may see GOOD? ‭1 Keep your tongue from evil and your lips from speaking guile! 2 ‭Depart from evil and DO good! 3 SEEK peace and 4 pursue it! Psalms 34:11-14

‎‭The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom! A good understanding have all they that do His commandments! His praise endureth for ever! Psalm 111:10

Proverbs 2:1-11

“‭My son, IF thou wilt receive my words and hide my commandments with you: So that thou incline thine ear unto wisdom and apply thine heart to understanding, ‭Yea, IF you cry after knowledge and lift up your voice for understanding IF you seek her as silver and search for her as for hid treasures!...,

THEN shall you understand the fear of the Lord and find the knowledge of God! ‭For the Lord gives wisdom out of His mouth comes knowledge and understanding! ‭He lays up sound wisdom for the righteous! He is a buckler to them that: walk uprightly! ‭He keeps the paths of judgment and preserves the way of His saints! ‭Then shalt you understand righteousness and judgment and equity, yea, every GOOD path! When wisdom enters into your heart and knowledge is pleasant unto your soul! Discretion shall preserve you understanding shall keep you!

‎ Then had the churches rest throughout all Judea and Galilee and Samaria and were edified AND walking in the fear of the Lord AND in the comfort of the Holy Spirit AND were multiplied! Act 9:31

‎‭And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse and a Branch shall grow out of his roots! And the Spirit of the Lord will rest upon him, the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and might, the Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord! And will make him of quick understanding IN the fear of the Lord and He will not judge after the sight of His eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of His ears! But with righteousness will He judge the poor and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth and He will smite the earth with the rod of his mouth and with the breath of his lips will He slay the wicked. ‎‭Righteousness shall be the girdle of His loins & faithfulness the girdle of His reins. ‎‭The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb & the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together and a little child shall lead them. ‎‭The cow & the bear shall feed, their young ones shall lie down together! The lion shall eat straw like the ox! ‎The suckling child shall play on the hole of the asp & the weaned child shall put his hand on the den of the basilisk! ‎‭They shall not hurt nor destroy in all My holy mountain, for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord as the waters cover the sea! Isa 11:1-9

And said to the judges, Take heed what ye do! For ye judge not for man BUT for the Lord, Who is with you in the judgment!! ‎‭Wherefore now let the fear of the Lord be upon you, take heed and do it! And the fear of God was on all the kingdoms of those countries, when they had heard that the Lord fought against the enemies of nations!

2 Chron 20:29

‎‭And the fame of David went out into all lands and the Lord brought the fear of him upon all nations!

1Chron 14:17

‎And he took a yoke of oxen, and hewed them in pieces and sent them throughout all the borders of Israel by the hands of messengers, saying, Whoever cometh not forth after Saul and after Samuel, so shall it be done to his oxen. And the fear of the Lord fell on the people and they came out with one consent! 1Sam 11:7

‎‭Now these are the last words of David. David the son of Jesse said, and the man who was raised on high, the anointed of the God of Jacob & the sweet psalmist of Israel, said: "The Spirit of the Lord spoke by me and His word was on my tongue. The God of Israel said, the Rock of Israel spoke to me, He that ruleth over men must be just, ruling IN the fear of God! And he shall be as: the light of the morning, when the sun riseth, even a morning without clouds! As the tender grass springing out of the earth by clear shining after rain. 2Sam 23:1-4
